UttoxeterQuilt and Embroidery Show 2012
Some of our Connect in Threads members are also members of the Wolverhampton Branch of the Embroiderers' Guild. We had a very successful time at the show. Congratulations to Margaret Biggs who was not only winner in the innovative embroidery category but overall winner at the show. Judith Rowley won 1st prize in the special embroidery category, Pat Withers and Judith Lovatt also achieve recognition with their pieces, Pat 3rd place in the special category quilts and Jude with 2nd place in the special category embroidery. Well done to everyone who contributed work to the show and the Natural Forms exhibition - a very talented bunch of ladies!
